How did I compare in my box office predictions last weekend? I said:
- Inkheart
- Underworld: Rise of the Lycans
- Gran Torino
- Paul Blart: Mall Cop
- My Bloody Valentine: 3D
So I nailed Underworld and Gran Torino, but I'm still scratching my head wondering what happened with Inkheart. It was a nationally best-selling book, and it didn't even make $10 million it's opening weekend. (Granted, it's January, but still.) I'm also quite depressed that more Americans wanted to see people getting chopped up in 3-D than wanted to see Inkheart. It's a travesty I tell you!
